More than 2,500 community and sports events brought together more than 8,000 Mexican men and women, in addition to athletes from the community.

The goal is to promote sports among the Mexican communities through the IME and the consular network, with the aim of helping to repair the social fabric and strengthen the sports competitiveness of the Mexicans who live in the United States.

Promoting the benefits of physical fitness and sports in the Mexican migrant population through tournaments, workshops, courses, physical fitness events, clinics, conferences and talks on mental health, nutrition, among others.

I’m Doing This For ME!

Agility

Sports and agility play a pivotal role in the development of our younger generation, offering multifaceted benefits that extend far beyond physical fitness. Engaging in sports fosters teamwork, discipline, and perseverance, instilling invaluable life skills that shape character and resilience. Through participation in various athletic activities, young individuals learn the importance of goal-setting, time management, and effective communication, preparing them to navigate challenges both on and off the field. Moreover, sports encourage a healthy lifestyle, cultivating habits of regular exercise and promoting overall well-being. Beyond the physical realm, agility in sports enhances cognitive abilities, improving concentration, decision-making, and spatial awareness. Embracing sports and agility empowers our youth to lead active, balanced lives, equipping them with the tools necessary to thrive in an increasingly competitive and dynamic world.

Strength

Sports and strength, both physical and mental, are essential components in the holistic development of our younger generation. Engaging in sports cultivates not only physical prowess but also mental resilience, fortitude, and emotional intelligence. Through sports, young individuals learn to navigate challenges, setbacks, and successes, fostering a mindset of perseverance and determination. The discipline required to train and compete in sports instills invaluable life skills such as goal-setting, self-discipline, and time management. Moreover, participation in sports fosters a sense of belonging, camaraderie, and teamwork, promoting social skills and empathy. The mental fortitude developed through sports enables young people to cope with stress, adversity, and failure, equipping them with the resilience needed to thrive in various aspects of life. Ultimately, sports serve as a powerful platform for personal growth, character building, and holistic well-being in the younger generation.

Goals

Sports and goal setting are integral components in shaping the holistic development of our younger generation, encompassing both physical and mental realms. Engaging in sports provides a structured platform for setting and achieving objectives, fostering essential life skills beyond the realm of athletics. Through setting goals in sports, young individuals learn the importance of perseverance, dedication, and strategic planning, honing their ability to overcome obstacles and achieve success. Beyond physical fitness, goal setting in sports cultivates mental resilience, self-discipline, and focus, empowering young athletes to navigate challenges with confidence and determination. Moreover, the process of setting and pursuing goals in sports instills valuable lessons in accountability, time management, and teamwork, preparing them for the demands of adulthood.
